With that new character I completed the Nelson Theatre Hostages in my friend's session and shortly after I noticed the problem in my main / first character's world. I suspect that my problems could have started when a friend of mine started playing the game and I used a new character to play with him. I can still access the mission and complete it, but issue persists. So the total number in the progress tab is 12. Each comes with a short mission to find the entrance. At the moment, I can see the National Bond Armory and I can use it as a fast travel point, but Nelson Theatre Hostages is gone from my map. There are currently 6 classified assignments in the game. After I completed the assignments I haven't replayed them for a long time, but also I didn't noticed any changes on my map, so I'm not 100% sure when the issue occurred.
